tere bin laden dead or alive (2010) plot is simple. a pakistani journalist ali hassan (ali zafar) is about to get a new passport, when he is approached by a fake osama (sulaiman) bin laden tape. but this tape is so convincing that ali is convinced to sell the tape, and his channel owner, for a $25,000. however, things go from bad to worse for ali when sulaiman's manager is murdered, and ali is arrested by the isi. he is released on bail, but gets arrested again when sulaiman is accused of being an isi agent. the film is a rehash of many bollywood and hollywood movies from the last few years. there are few good bits, but the story is a bit dull. the acting is not great, and so the film isnt very memorable. the only redeeming feature of the film is that it is one of the first bollywood films to have a dual language soundtrack. it is a very good and realistic portrayal of the poor conditions in which most of the slum dwellers live. 3d9ccd7d82
